In the event log, the fault and error messages of MK|Ware can be analyzed. In the upper part of the menu, there is a chronological filter that can be used to define a time period for which the error messages are displayed. By setting a new filter, the list results displayed at the bottom of the screen is automatically updated. If the filter affects the current period, the list will be reloaded via Refresh to check whether new messages have been generated. Below the chronological filter there are two more fields. In the left field the name of the MK|workstation (here MESTRM-EMMA-01) is displayed. In the field next to it the MES software elements installed on this MK|workstation. Only the error messages for the selected terminal computer and software modules are displayed. The Number field is located on the right-hand side. Here the amount of the last error messages can be defined, which are displayed in relation to the current time (independent of the chronological filter), via the button Load X (i. e. Load 1000).
Lable test print
The function Test Print Labels opens the window shown below. Create Test Label opens the window Data Test Label to key in label information. Only fields that are required for the selected label type are available. In addition to the label-specific data, print size (KLT or A5) and print medium (paper or adhesive label) must also be defined. The Apply function then generates a label from the data entered and displays it as a print preview. Via Print the displayed label can then be printed. The following label types are available for selection:
- Standard: Standard label for defining the content of HU units.
- Zero label: Label to assign an HU to an order in advance, even if no parts are included yet.
- Warning label (KLT): Note for a pallet change.
- Remaining parts (KLT): Label to indicate surplus finished parts.
- Close order (A5): Label indicating that the target number of pieces has been reached and the order can be closed.
- Test piece label (A5): Prints a label to identify a single component taken for QM.
- Order Summary (A5): Label which are generated (if configured) at the start of the order (assignment of product & order).
The labels printed here are only test labels and are not suitable for real use in production.
